The site is intended to be a self-service, one stop shop for all of your Spin Master needs.  You will have the ability to review all of your account details, including order history, past invoices and shop all in stock Specialty focused items at anytime....24 hours, 7 days a week In the Customer Portal, you can manage your orders and account in many ways.  Once you sign in to the portal, select the "My Account" icon located in the top right corner to open up some of the following account features:


My Dashboard:

  • View Shipped Orders
  • Meet Your Territory Manager


  • View Order History - Email or print past orders.


  • View Invoice History - Email or print past invoices.
  • View tracking information for shipped orders

Make a Payment:

  • Select outstanding invoices and process your payment or Opt-In for auto pay 

Purchase History:

  • Review product specific purchase history (last 30, 90, 180, or 365 days)


  • Visibility to contact information, Bill To and Ship To addresses, as well as updating your login credentials to the website.
